Use:1. Insole for all kinds of shoes , such as men and women's leather shoes , sneakers , children's shoes ect.;
2. Lining board for official document case , leather trunk , handbag and picture albums;
3. Basic laminated material with PVC and PU .
Properties:
1. Bending durability : The "Singtex" & " Newtex" board will not become hard , cracks or out of shape under bending or the acid and alkali of sweating , can keep the comfort of the foot for a long time in dry and moist state.
2. Good size stability : to prevent insole board from shrinking , expanding , will not be out of shape under hot shaping and fast working of high temperature, keeping the shoes' shape beautiful forever .
3. Waterproof: Through special waterproof treatment, accompanying with the board's excellent intensity existing , " Singtex " will not split in water , suitable for various kinds of special requirements .
4. Breathable : Utilizing natural plants’ fibre exisiting characteristic in raw materials and netted structure formed by special manufacturing technology , our Singtex have countless microscopical pores which can absorb and send out the sweat and steam , keeping the foot fresh and cool , comfortable and hygienic .

Use:Insole shaping for men and women's sandals , leather shoes , sneakers children's shoes etc.
Properties:
1. No deformation for a long time: Break through non-woven board's traditional deadly weakness in not able to keep its shape after finalizing the insole design. Our unique technological formula of non- woven board can keep the insole's shape well and not out of shape forever .
2.Methyl benzene resistance : The series non woven board manufactured by our company will not become soft and out of shape in methyl benzene , can keep the shape of the shoes.
3 .High bending durability : Change non-woven board's "dead stiff " by packing materials in the past , our non- woven board is firm but gentle , greatly improve our product's durability of bending and enlarge its ranges of application.
4.Light in weight : Our unique formula has reduced the weight of packing material , comparing with other similar products , it is more than 10% lighter . Thus reduced the cost of transportation.
5. Water resistance : Because it is the most ideal waterproof material for insole shaping .
6. Breathable : Our unique formula has reduced the packing materials , hence reduced blockage of materials in the fibre , greatly increase its ventation function .
